What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"This app has not helped me. You can use the two tools 1. Breath in and out. 2. Clench your fists. I am extremely disappointed that I paid for an app that has very little information and tools."
Lise Lajeunesse
"The exercises are effective, and the app explains the panic process well. Most anti-anxiety help tools are very thought-orientated, where this app primarily addresses the physical aspects. My anxiety is very physical and panic attacks often seem to have few or no thought-triggers (but many sensory triggers), so CBT is often unhelpful because it focuses on changing thoughts... but this app helps. Thank you"
